1. The undersigned/undersigned company hereby applies to the Gütegemeinschaft Mineralwolle e.V. for

• admission as a member *)
• award of the right to use the quality mark for products made of mineral wool *)

2. The undersigned/undersigned company confirms that it has noted

• the articles of association of the Gütegemeinschaft Mineralwolle e. V.,
• the quality mark rules of the Gütegemeinschaft Mineralwolle e.V.,
• the implementation rules for the award and use of the quality mark for mineral wool with Specimens 1 and 2,
• the quality assurance and test specifications of the Gütegemeinschaft Mineralwolle e.V. for products made of mineral wool and has herewith and without reservation acknowledged them to be binding.
